How Gift Memberships Work

  1. Choose a gift membership or time pack and complete checkout.
  2. Receive a digital confirmation email that you can print or forward.
  3. When Wulfspar Nexus opens, the recipient brings their confirmation and we activate their membership or time.

When can gifts be redeemed?

Gift memberships and time packs can be redeemed once Wulfspar Nexus officially opens. We will share updates by email as we get closer to launch.

What if the opening date changes?

All gift memberships will be honored and redemption windows will be extended if our opening date shifts. You will not lose value.

Are gift memberships refundable?

All Membership Gifts and Codes are Non Refundable.  Codes can be transferred to different user account. Wulfspar Staff can assist with this process.

Can I buy a gift for someone who does not live nearby?

Yes, as long as they can visit Wulfspar Nexus in San Antonio. Gifts are not location-locked but must be redeemed in person at the arena.

The deposit is applied toward your total party cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Your date is not fully reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed by our staff.
