Wulfspar Nexus Rules and Code of Conduct
To keep the Nexus fun, fair, and safe for everyone, all guests must follow the rules below.
- 🎮 Respect the equipment: No slamming, throwing controllers, or damaging PCs/consoles. Damage may result in fees.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Respect other players: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted toxicity are not tolerated.
- ⏱️ Session time rules: Play ends when your time expires unless extended by staff/booking.
- 🛑 Follow staff instructions: Staff decisions are final for safety, tournaments, and operations.
- 🍿 No outside food or drinks: Help us keep stations clean. Venue snacks/drinks only.
- 🎧 Audio expectations: Headphones required for PC stations. Keep volume reasonable everywhere.
- 👶 Minors: Guests under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent/guardian.
- 📸 Photos/streaming: You may appear in content or livestreams unless you notify staff upon arrival.
- 🚫 Prohibited items: No weapons, illegal substances, or unsafe devices.
- ❌ Removal policy: Violations may result in removal without refund and possible ban.
Wulfspar Nexus may update rules as needed. Current rules are always available on-site.
