Do I need a reservation?+
Online gaming reservations through ggLeap are unavailable. Contact us with questions about gaming access.
What gaming equipment is available?+
WulfSpar offers 20 full Alienware gaming setups with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics, high-refresh displays and premium peripherals, plus six console stations.
Can adults play with minors?+
Yes. Up to two adults per gamer under age 17 are permitted to play. The responsible adult remains responsible for the minor and any required consent.
Can we bring a cake or exchange birthday gifts?+
Only with a purchased and confirmed Birthday Party Package. Birthday cake, gift exchanges, decorations, and organized birthday events are not allowed with standard gaming reservations.
Do you host private groups?+
Yes. Birthday parties, private rentals, school groups, leadership events, team building, launch nights, and custom gaming experiences can be requested through the Parties or Contact pages.
Do you run tournaments?+
Yes. The Events and Tournaments pages show current schedules, registration details, brackets, formats, and results when available.
Can I bring food or drinks?+
Outside food, catering, and celebration supplies require approval. Snacks and drinks are available at the venue, and food rules protect the gaming equipment.
Are memberships available?+
Yes. Current membership benefits and pricing are listed on the Memberships page. Availability and terms may change by plan.
Is the venue accessible?+
Contact us before your visit if you need specific seating, route, sensory, communication, companion, or equipment-positioning information. We will discuss reasonable options for the activity.
How do refunds and cancellations work?+
Eligibility depends on the purchase type, timing, use, and written confirmation. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us promptly when plans change.
