Guests under 17
Up to two adults per gamer under age 17 are permitted to play. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult remains responsible for the minor and must complete any required consent or waiver. Staff may require adult supervision based on age, activity, time, or conduct.
Birthday and celebration activities
Birthday cake, gift exchanges, decorations, birthday events, or other organized birthday activities are not permitted without purchase and confirmation of a WulfSpar Nexus Birthday Party Package. This protects reserved party space, staffing, cleanup, food service, and the experience of other guests.
Conduct
- Treat guests and staff respectfully; harassment, threats, fighting, hate speech, and disruptive conduct are prohibited.
- Follow staff instructions, event rules, game ratings, and posted safety notices.
- Cheating, account theft, unauthorized software, security bypassing, and tampering with systems are prohibited.
- Guests may be removed or suspended when conduct threatens people, equipment, competition integrity, or business operations.
Equipment and personal property
Use stations and peripherals as instructed. Report damage or problems immediately and do not attempt repairs. Guests may be responsible for intentional, reckless, or unauthorized damage. WulfSpar is not responsible for unattended personal property to the extent permitted by law.
Food, beverages, and outside items
Use designated areas and keep food and drinks away from equipment unless staff permits otherwise. Outside food, catering, decorations, and celebration supplies require advance approval and may be limited to confirmed packages or private rentals.
Photography and media
Personal photography must respect other guests. Commercial recording, livestream production, staged shoots, and media involving minors require advance approval. WulfSpar will provide notice or request permission when identifiable guests are the focus of promotional media.
Enforcement
Staff may pause play, move a guest, deny unsafe activity, or end access when reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal, suspension, event disqualification, or referral to appropriate authorities.
