Gaming sessions
Contact WulfSpar before the reservation begins if you need help. Unused time, late arrival, early departure, no-shows, or removal for a policy violation do not automatically qualify for a refund. If WulfSpar cannot provide a confirmed session because of a venue-side problem, we will offer reasonable rescheduling, account credit, or refund options.
Birthday parties and private events
Party and private-event payments reserve staff, equipment, and venue capacity. The cancellation, deposit, rescheduling, guest-count, food, and damage terms shown in your written proposal or confirmation control. Contact us as soon as possible when plans change; submitting a new date does not guarantee availability.
Tournament and event registration
Registration fees are refundable when WulfSpar cancels the paid event, unless an equivalent rescheduled option is accepted. Customer withdrawals, disqualification, failure to check in, or tournament-format changes reasonably required for participation do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Memberships
Membership access continues through the paid period unless the applicable plan states otherwise. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally prorate time already used. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly.
Merchandise
Inspect merchandise at pickup. Incorrect, defective, or damaged items should be reported promptly with the order number and photographs when applicable. Worn, washed, customized, clearance, or customer-damaged products may not be returnable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Processing time and disputes
Approved refunds are submitted promptly, but banks and payment networks control posting time. Before filing a chargeback, contact customersupport@wulfspar.com so we can review the reservation, order, or transaction and attempt to resolve the issue.
