Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor when consent, payment, registration, or a waiver is required. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of venue rules.
Bookings, events, and availability
Reservations, stations, products, events, and promotions remain subject to availability, posted restrictions, confirmation, maintenance, and safety requirements. A submitted form is a request until WulfSpar confirms it. Event schedules and game availability may change for operational reasons.
Prices and payments
Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable tax or separately disclosed third-party fees. You authorize the displayed payment provider to charge the approved amount. Errors may be corrected before fulfillment, with notice and a refund when appropriate.
Acceptable use
- Follow staff instructions, posted policies, game ratings, safety requirements, and applicable law.
- Do not harass others, damage equipment, bypass security, cheat in organized competition, or access another person’s account.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
- Use venue systems and internet access responsibly; prohibited conduct may result in removal without continued access.
Intellectual property
WulfSpar names, logos, designs, website content, and original media are owned by or licensed to WulfSpar LLC. Game, platform, hardware, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Limited personal use of the website does not transfer ownership.
Third-party services
Booking, payment, games, maps, streaming, and external links may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. WulfSpar is not responsible for third-party outages or content outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Services are provided on an available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Customers remain responsible for personal property and for following health, safety, and supervision requirements.
Changes and contact
